Addi,

Since you are going to press me for answers I will tell you this:

1. I'm not Italian, so I am not related to Joe Lanza or the
Gambino Family.

2. I am not going to tell you who I work for at this time.

3. Why do I think I can do a better job than current management?
I won't be part of the group who would the management of Airstar.
My associates will be selecting the team. But I think with what
the shareholders are currently dealing with, Wayne & Garth could
do a finer job!

4. What do we plan on doing with the company? To answer that
question in a relatively quick summation: Terminate all current
management. Bring in new management who have strong financial,
operational and development performance background. Conduct an
audit on all books and records. Prepare an Annual Report to the
shareholders. New managements strategy would be to focus on
where the company can bring greater depth and sophistication of
telecommunication services to our existing customers. Consequently,
Airstar Technologies has not established a strong record of
leveraging our core competencies across a growing national
network of providers. Our strategy is to contract with regionally
dominant providers of telecom services; consolidate that regional
market with acquisitions and a full range of service offerings;
in addition we would apply aggressive sales and marketing programs
to further develop our growth; and apply sophisticated management
support to ensure that our customers have access to the highest
quality telecommunications services at a reasonable cost.

We would be pleased to be able to report that in eighteen months
Airstar Technolgoies would have record growth which was the result
of sound business fundamentals and continued investment in the
development of our expanding network and new services.

Finally, I think this is what Joe Vigliarolo and his Board should
have implemented these past 12 months. This company is not
well capitalized and do not have sophisticated management.
Bottom line is, they are not giving the shareholders positive
earnings per share and it is clearly easy to see that the potential
doesn't exist for future growth if they remain.

Dan Laromata

**Response from Joe Lanza**

Addi,

Do not include Dennis Casey in the BS. The company is moving forward, without VigLIARolo and company. So, take my advice, and cut them and myself free. But I am still the bad guy right?

Joe Lanza
