Crossy or only two people own the B ... Dan Fisher and John Spriggs ... NO SHAREHOLDERS and even if the B converts it still comes under the rules of the SEC and they hold more than 10% of the company so the restriction will reamin till they are no onger with the company. Gosh man do some reading. You have to have either a short position or arbitraging to be taking this stance. You are out of the USA and I honestly here lately think you are a shorter just in the posts you have made in the pst dew weeks. You are totally against taking away the shorters advantage. Think that says it all. Just let people and sooner or leter they will expose their intent. GB
