CROSSY will you PLEASE PLEASE go read the blasted registration statement. The 35:1 will NEVER be removed. If a buyout or conversion or what comes into play one P will be counted as 35 shares of common. PERIOD!!!! PLEASE go an educate yourself before your continue to post such absolute nonsense. GB

The tentative motion would be to have the pref A voted on every consecutive year as to whether to convert or not, also this would continue to give you voting rights. Every year the motion to convert can be defeated, MM less likely to short not knowing if they have to hold or not . Look forward to more forward splits, continuous share apprec. because of demand.
