(OTC Bulletin Board: NVXE) is pleased to announce it has completed an agreement with Rick Ducommun and Duke Film Corp. for the acquisition of Duke Film Corp. and its properties, which includes multiple contracts, literary properties, and many T.V. and movie projects in development. Additionally, the company reports that it will add Rick Ducommun to the New Visual Entertainment board of directors in order to add more entertainment experience and creative management to the New Visual team. Ducommun is a writer/actor/comedian whose television appearances include Late Night With David Letterman, The Tonight Show, N.Y.P.D. Blue and others too numerous to mention. His big screen appearances include "The Burbs," with Tom Hanks, "Ground Hog Day," "Die Hard," "Hunt For Red October," and many others. The agreement calls for an all-encompassing first look deal to create, finance, develop, produce and distribute for all venues including television, theatrical, pay per view, and live presentations, both traditional and 3D. Duke Film Corp. has produced award-nominated television shows including two specials for HBO. Ducommun has development pacts with NBC, Tristar/Columbia, ABC and Paramount to name a few. "While making a deal with New Visual to write and direct a 3D, youth- oriented action comedy, I became impressed with the company's management," states Ducommun.
