i believe anyone would wait an extra 2 minutes if it meant not having
your lips and cheeks numb. but it was my understanding that patients
became numb more quickly with the wand than the syringe?

The writing is clearly on the wall. Sales have plummeted. Usage is way below expectations. The June quarter for Milestone will be weak and the September quarter will be a disaster. Sell now or get single digits. The stock is telling you to abandon ship, the last gasp rally to $20 has been met with consistent selling.
