Frank, great article. I knew that data circuits in Europe were expensive, but $450K a month for a DS-3?? The basic run around strategy described in the article is similar to how most international "call back" companies got started, i.e., to come up with a way to originate a call within the USA instead of in a non-competitive international location. And now they are the ones who are pretty busy trying to turn up VoIP networks. Its all in the name of creating a more efficient marketplace, although $450K per month for a DS-3 is screaming for a better way to get wired... Ray.
