Chris In most cases this is true because usually the acquirer had to pay out money or lots of shares to the acquiree. In this case both parties are coming together on equal footing so to speak. If Duke was a public co this would be called a merger. But I think legally it has to be called acquiring. I'm excited about Rick Ducomn being on board now. He is a great actor, comedian, But he is even a better business man and he has some great ideas for the 3d. Also his business connection.
