Thank you, Gator.

I'm wondering how far RMGG will be merged into Biofarm.

The March 18 Global news release mentions that Global will have board members from Litchfield, Litchfield will have 85% ownership of Global stock, and Global is planning to change its name to Biofarm, Inc.

So Litchfield will own the majority of Global/Biofarm and Global/Biofarm will own the majority of RMGG?

I think Bell said in that CNBC interview that RMGG's board will contain some members from Litchfield.

These next 2 links show resumes of Litchfield nominees for the Global Board (and maybe for RMGG's board?). They are interesting: one is the grandson of Neiman of Neiman-Marcus.
stockfind.lycos.com stockfind.lycos.com Gator, I've been in this stock for several weeks too. The more I looked at the company, the more I liked it, and now it's my largest holding.
(So I'll be blabbing on this thread a lot.)

My view is that we are investing in infrastructure (yes, ginseng) of the ultimate emerging market.

Vicki

I will say this, RMG has answered every question that I have asked in the most timely manner of any company of which I have been invested.

1. What is the relationship between RMG and Litchfield, Global and
Biofarm?

LITCHFIELD: WILL FINANCE RMGG $650,000; WILL HAVE A CONTROL
POSITION IN RMGG; OWNS BIOFARM; IS PLANNING A REVERSE TAKEOVER OF GLOBAL;WILL CONTRIBUTE BIOFARM TO GLOBAL AND OTHER VALUABLE ASSETS. THE GLOBAL NAME WILL CHANGE TO BIOFARM.

2. Will RMG be merged with any of these companies?

RMGG WILL REMAIN AS IS AT THIS TIME BUT THIS COULD CHANGE IN THE FUTURE IF ALL PARTIES AND SHAREHOLDERS FIND IT BENEFICIAL.

3. If so, which one would it be and how will that affect shareholders?

SEE ABOVE.

4. Has a controlling interest already been transferred to Litchfield?
NO

5. If so, are they leaving the current management in place at RMG?

MANAGEMENT WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED.

6. Will RMG be selling any of Biofarm's products in the future through the FF company?

YES, WE PLAN TO.

7. What is the price of a pound of ginseng in TODAY's market?

THERE ARE MANY WAYS THAT GINSENG IS SOLD (IE FIELD RUN, SLICES, POWDER, ETC. WHOLESALE VS RETAIL IN N. AMERICA, HONG KONG, CHINA, ETC) AND WITH SO MANY MIDDLEMEN BETWEEN WHOLESALE AND RETAIL IT WOULD TAKE SEVERAL HOURS TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION...

8. Can you approximate the cost of bringing a pound of ginseng to market in China?

RMGG WILL BE SELLING AMERICAN GINSENG IN MANY VALUE ADDED WAYS AND EACH ONE HAS ITS OWN ASSOCIATED COSTS. RMGG WILL HAVE A GOOD PROFIT MARGIN BUILT INTO THESE PRODUCTS AS THE SALES FIGURES WILL INDICATE BY YEAR END.

Hope this helps. I see it as more good news. The company is building what I heard called an infrastructure and that is probably the best name for it. There will be in place very soon a channel for getting multiple products to a very prime market.
