Bill Clinton seems to think he can apply that approach so it is not out of the question. But in principle I agree with you. But we don't know that there has been anything untoward committed. The audit should establish the consideration paid for all shares issued. If the consideration was somehow related to fair market value then there was no problem. If not, there may be a big problem. But these issues are usually resolved via shareholder suits and I do not anticipate anything like that with this stock so it may not really matter what has happened.

Who told you Ira is dumping the shares? How did you know Arif is issuing the shares to him? Have you called the company? All the shares owned by the management are restricted for one more year.

Want to get some cheap shares? It's fine, but don't fool other people for your personal gain like Little Chicken.

John. How do you know Ira Monas had stock? How many shares did he have? How many did he sell? How many does he have now? Did you read all this in a 10-K or a 10-Q? Where did they come from?

If you're going to blow whistles, I hope you know your facts and that your inside source is reliable.

Sorry you are continuing to feel the way you are.

I have had many concerns myself; however, I see things changing for the better, sorry you don't.

Just having a CFO who has a "Big 6" accounting background on board is a start in the right direction. We've been flying by the seat of our pants for long enough.

John, I don't know about Ira dumping stock, although I tend not to think so. The last time I talked to him on Friday he told me directly that he has many friends and family in the stock, and that he told them that the company would be fine despite themselves.

I agree with you that everything can't be swept under the rug, but I think that the right steps are being taken, and coming days will see that.

Jin.
ps: I'll be in Boston the week of the 15th, if anyone is interested in an FAMH get together, maybe at Brendan Beehan's or someplace. PM if interested. We can either laugh or cry in our beers by then :-)
