Good Day! Denise, I just checked back and read the most recent press release from NYRR dated May12, 1998, and it eluded to the scenario that the Surface Transportation Board is slated to decide on the Conrail merger application on June 4th. --If this is still on schedule then in my opinion it could have some very positive implications and/or business spin-offs for NYRR. Another speculative component as I see it, does Conrail want to enter into the merger with the NYRR lawsuit with hanging over it's head? Time will tell!
