Well Joe, I never made a good loser. It is possible that alot of the frustration that we see and alot of the whining (at least for me) revolves around a feeling of helplessness to do anything especially after trying for so long. BTW I both agree with and pray that your analogy is correct and we will hear about favorable financing soon.
