Actually, CNBC just mentioned the upcoming conference call. MTC and AHP started down, but both are coming back. They called the merger a Montsanto acquisition by AHP and the new company would be larger than Novartis and would have a new name.

As far as twisting is concerned, I think we've already seen that pop up on this board this morning.
