Gary, exactly that's what I think too - let's wait and see this to unfold. Aside from that everybody has his stance. The AGM will decide and then we can study the effect. Since You and me predict the opposite outcome we can analyze this in full effect this fall. This arbitrage - fear is a little smokescreen to me because everyone can make use the same processes for oneself. Like I outlined; when You want to finally closing Your position in the "P" not to sell the P but to convert them to common first. OK, Like You I also think that we both made our cases quite clear.
