This bit of SEEK/Borders cross-selling is good
news... shows that both parties are thinking this
through. (There are other things that they might
consider... for example, did they capture your wife's
e-mail address... and/or offer her participation in
an opt-in e-mail service which will inform her of
similar books that she might be interested in... ?)

Seems our SEEK likes to beat estimates. The Zacks surprise summary
reports that is had beaten street estimates the last 3 quarters:

Qtr % Surprise Actual Estimated
3/98 48.72% -.05 -.10
12/97 18.48% -.15 -.18
9/97 5.56% -.17 -.18

Is Zacks looking for another upside surprise. Seems history would
support that.
