Ok here is how you short AENG: to get a borrow, Call Larkin Co. (LARK) out in San Francisco, CA (Full name Emmett A Larkin Co.) That's the low profile firm that TRAV clears his trades through (National Securities Clearing Corporation # 0371). Now what you do is open an account through them or one of the other lovely firms that clear through them: Mathews (Joseph) & Co. (JMAT) Minneapolis Company (MINI), Pacific Investments Securities (PISC), du Pont, White &Stone (DWSI), Escalator Securities (ESCA)-what a great name for a firm, no?, Hammond & Botzum (HMMB), Howells (HOWL) another great name, La Jolla Capital (LCAP), Rimson (RIMS).Then just hand the stock to TRAV on the bid, no uptick needed on BB stocks. Hell, if TRAV is so sure about the value of this thing, borrow some of it through him. As I have stated many times before, there is nothing illegal about shorting bulletin board stocks, just that a lot of firms want both interest and the commission. Since they can't get the interest credit, many are too lazy to loan. but not all. No worries though, one of the above firms will likely let you open an account, as most want the commish itself. Use it to lock in your your gains until all of this goes away (Mr. TRAVs worst nightmare, all this attention to his penny stocks must be overwhelming "in my opinion")) Just give Mr. TRAV a higher short interest so he can squeeze me and all of my cronies. Then you can watch the stock go up again and those of you who are " just waiting till I get what I paid for it back" can then sell & go onto to some other fish stock. But, beware TRAV and all of his family will be selling along side of you in prodigious quantities (in my opinion). TRAV betting cash is illegal, but you KNOW I'm hitting your bid, since as you say (I'm buying 99% of the stock). So what's the diff? Were still waiting on that AENG research report. Why don't you just have one of your trading assistants type up what the cold calling brokers are duping investors with? (In my opinion)?
