Preferred shares give you a claim on the company's assets after debtholders and before common shareholders in the event of dissolution of the company. HOpe this helps.

Dividends, splits, preferred bebefits over the common. another words the P will get things before the common. Now this is not going to happen over night. I am sending a request for the extension to the company now.

Others may want to go to the website and send in their request to have the extension to Oct 1999 also. I believe we can e-mail that request.
