Dear Jeff: I wish it were that simple. My fear is that ALYD will be counter sued (which is normal in these circumstances) for non performance. THAT publicity will not help at all. Finally, ALYD is a small company and the resources necessary to support a suit are far more material to ALYD than to the customer. JDN
