That is a figure of speak in the market. never mind... Here is an email I just sent he company. Dear Dan, As a private investor I would like to request that a floor motion be presented at the next shareholders meeting to extend the conversion date of the Series 'A' Preferred Stock from Oct 1998 to Oct 1999. I feel that the conversion this year in the company's infancy would set up an arbitrage effect as the good delivery date gets closer. Thank you so much for your time. Gary Swancey GB
