<<Taiwan market was ugly today.>> This looks to me like its simply derivative of everyone else's problems, more or less like the United States, but it's worth keeping an eye on. If there are structural problems with Taiwan firms (or its economy) that haven't come to light, it's going to drive the sector down another 5%.

Does anyone know how much of Taiwan's credit is Japanese?
