Lets see a Top level C++ programmer makes 100K/year in silicon valley plus benefits, A top level programmers in most parts of India makes, 5K/year with no benefits. Heck for that kind of money he will mow the lawn. and what does this have to do with a visa to come to the US ...that was the argument wasnt it.... Employment Visas ARE NOT set up to bring cheaper labor into the US and if an Indian feels like he would be taken advantage of in the US he is free to stay in India making 5k a year and all those students who come to the US for education are free to stay home as well if they dont like the United States If you dont like the United States Stay home
