And with GENESIS in place there appears to be volume capacity to spare. I wonder if that is true with CYCH.

A bet the deal didn't cost Edison Electric Institute a penny. Most of CyberCash's deals are structured on a fee per payment deal. IMO CyberCash won't receive a dime until consumers start using their CyberCash Wallet, therefore, the deal was a no brainer for EEI, because it doesn't cost them anything. CheckFree could only do a similar deal on the Presentment end (not payment), CheckFree doesn't handle payments directly on a billers website, unless you wan't to consider homeside lending, but they are an exception.

Benny (IMHO)
