JULIE: I talked to my broker friend today. He told me that Tracker has settled with the FTC and that all charges have been dropped against Tracker. He said that he has confirmed this with the FTC and all that was left was the last of the paper work to be filed through the system. Tracker is hoping this will be completed within 3 to 4 weeks, at which time they will make their announcement. HE also told me that Tracker has signed 2 big deals with insurance companys which are worth 7 digits each. This is all the information he has so far. He said that tracker would not put any of this in a news release until all paper word with the FTC is complete. I have been unable to reach Bruce Lewis so far to ask him about buying shares in the open market, but I will keep trying. If all this information is true, I think will will see a move in the stock price in the next 30 to 60 days. Ted
