JV with Holodyne Corporation USA Video Interactive Corp US Shares issued 40,907,088 May 29 close $0.09 Mon 1 Jun 98 News Release Mr. Anton Drescher reports, USA Video is pleased to announce that it has entered into a joint venture agreement with Holodyne Corporation of Toronto, Ontario ("Holodyne"). USA Video will provide and install a video server to test demonstrations for customers of Holodyne. USA Video and Holodyne will negotiate a revenue share program on an individual customer basis. Steve Sanger, executive vice-president of Holodyne states: "After researching extensively for a robust and cost effective solution to video-on-demand opportunities, Holodyne is excited to be entering into this agreement with USA Video. We feel that the technology offered by USA Video is world class and will provide the scalability required to meet and exceed our customers' expectations." Holodyne is a private Canadian corporation founded in 1992 to produce a client server based network fax product called SQLFax. Since that time Holodyne has created five commercial products, all of which operate using relational database technology. To date, Holodyne has shipped over 2.5 million copies of software. Holodyne has been associated with Professional Computer Consultants since 1992 and has provided all training for client server development languages since 1993, being in excess of 250 client programmers.
