SEATTLE (AP) - Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates said the shortage of technology workers appears to be getting worse. Gates said the lack of trained people is holding back the software giant. He said the company has donated $10.8 million in software and technical assistance to Washington state's 32 community and technical colleges. Microsoft and other high tech companies last month pleaded with Congress to pass a measure that allows the firms to recruit skilled foreign workers to fill labor shortages.

Hopefully FAMH is really focusing in this sector (IT). It looks like Mr. Gates will pay a hefty salary for a tech worker.
