Well I was looking to buy more today too, however am wondering if the price I pay today will be "adjusted" for the stock split in next few days.

I can't understand investors paying the same price for the stock today after the split as compared to last Friday before the split.

Thanks Jay and Gary.

GB ... the way this is supposed to work in that there are two dates,
the split date and the pay date ... the split becomes effective on the split date and brokerages adjust your holdings on the pay date when the shares are supposed to be received from the TA.

We've seen the company resolution on the warrants pass through the TA.

We haven't seen any company directions to TA regarding the split.

Would you like to make the call to MIDL, or shall I? ;-)

On the split - didn't the news release indicate that certificates would be sent out in about ten days? So the extra shares may not be tangible at this point.

Also, has anyone confirmed with the company that they did actually mean an apples for apples split? In other words, these folks haven't been crystal clear on terms in their other releases regarding the dividend/split and the change in conversion price. Maybe the original one 10/99 share for every two 10/98 shares is still the plan. That would offer P share holders the extended benefit some have been lobbying for...
