On page 3 and 15 in annual report they comment on this subject. I think you are accurate on China and Hong Kong, but they do mention specific interest in the potential of a Japanese acquisition.
They have a number of component suppliers in Japan and the weakness in the Yen has been a positive bottom line impact to the company. Let's just hope when they buy it's good value....wherever it may be located. Good Luck
