Hi Anthony.

Global can make it on its own. But consider the advantage to the speed up of development of the company with an infusion of heavy cash as part of a JV. Also consider the public relations aspect where a JV would finally put GPGI on the investor map. Finally, there has been and will be in the future a lot of naysaying no matter what GPGI demonstrates on its own. This would be cancelled by a JV.

I am all for a proper JV if it happens. If it doesn't, once GPGI has money for drilling the Oro Grande, for example. and expanding operations to the Weaver Creek, monies will also be available to spread the word by PR. But my bet is when it has reached that level of development ( which I think is not too far away) I can't see how the company will not be approached by a number of suiters and it will then have the embarrasment of riches (i.e., too many offers---which one to take)

regards, Ed
