Dave, if you do not hold the Preferred shares (A) stock then it is all a moot point. If you buy today you will have to wait till Arcon feels generous and gives us preferred shareholders more free shares. If you owned "P" shares as of last Friday, May 29th you will get free shares deposited to your account. Since you say you only hold WARRANTS why are you concerned? I am not flaming you at all just want to know where you are coming from. My sincere advice is to get clarification from the company or your personal attorney. If you do not understand the news releases have an attorney read it and explain it to you. There are later press releases posted to the home web page. May 18th is an OLD release! Dusty :o)
