Charlie...You are correct in your analysis of the arbitrage play. To add one more point however is the consideration that those short will have to buy .055 shares for each share they are short. At the 25% short level a purchase of over 2 million shares will be required to execute that strategy. That could be significant if the market is positive on the deal at its conclusion. Steve
