Ferris, #1: I was not the only one, #2: this increases dilution to those who want to hold longer than apparently you do. A "no convert" or at least a "non-auto convert" would be best to preven dilution. I apologized after I got the facts, but it stemmed from 4-5 angry PM's I got from people I know and therefore thinking the worst after a Company makes changes. I personally was still pissed not only about the potential added dilution, but also the conversation with Fisher last week in which he told many of us, that the Warrant terms were being changed as well....but not backed up in writing. BOTTOM LINE: everything fine now... I LIKE MIDL VERY MUCH, so let's move on and concentrate on the GOOD news!
