If a major has come in (or is about to come in) and does their own COC on both GPGI and MAXAM and believes that the "NEW" process for GPGI and the older process for MAXAM will economically produce in volume PGMs then we have a new ball game. The Russian situation would make this even more attractive for a major.

For many reasons I hope that this pops before January 1, 2000.
