For anyone who still cares about this market, my theory on the TICK and TIKI might get some addtional bolstering about now. The TICK was just a -694 and the TIKI a few seconds earlier than the TICK was at -24. Neither of these reading standing alone are extreme, but they both occurred at the approximate same time. At that time the OEX was at 528.25 and the SPX at 1092.28. Now if my theory holds, we should probably hold at these levels for a while or bounce slightly. I don't think it is a turning point as neither were extreme, but since both were strongly in one direction, I think that might signal an intraday resistance point if you will.

Let's see what happens.

-Scott

Edit.....so far it doesn't work unless the indicators are both extreme. As neither was in the above example, I guess strongly one way or the other means little.

Lisa, what does this country "stand for" in your mind?
Secondly, what makes it your country?
