higrader seems to be looking better. think majority of float is really in hands of long termers who understand the fundamentals of this company. would imagine that we'll see some stock being sold soon by those who got in in the .60 range, but that is healthy. also seems to be some size buyers coming in, another good sign. imo, once the permitting stage is completed for the landfill, its game over for this trading range and blast off time.
