Mark:
I think your analysis holds a lot of water in my book....I mean what can they say? It's one of those situations where you are gonna' hang onto your shares through it all or you aren't....hard to sell and then buy back, 'cause you may miss out on the bigger move.

There may be some disappointment today, but as you said Supercom should produce something more tangible. It sure seems like our House is getting BAY ready for the Show, (but no tell).

Considering the huge sell off in the tech. sector, NASD down over 30, that BAY isn't doing too bad, especially on the relatively low volume....By the way, the fund manager just on CNBC was asked about BAY on the Taking Stock segment and said he expected BAY to be bought out in the near future. He went on further to say that the negatives now with BAY's earnings are being balanced with a lot of new products coming out now and in the near future. He feels BAY management has to do something, therefore the probable buyout... Out...Dow down now 30 after being up 80....Naz down 35...WOW.

Mark re: buyout.

Interesting but here is my $.02. At lunch today, I called in my order for a Ceasar Salad with dressing on the side and no anchovies. When I picked it up, it had the dressing on the salad and anchovies. I was about to chastize the woman behind the counter then I noticed her phone was from Lucent. I didn't see any equipment from Bay.

Clealry Lucent is in the salad business and Bay is not so there is no way this deal is going thru.

THIS is why the stock was down today..........

GR :-)
