To All , This is just the feasibility period. The $ we spend now are just option payments to get us thru this feasiblility period. As the knowledge grows, so does the asset value to the potential purchaser. We take our analysis of present value and project future value. Instead of real estate with an income stream, we have a company accumulating value. This takes time. I have run options from 3 months to 2 years in the past. Ol Claus Turning Dreams into Reality
