David, when I say management I mean 1. HONESTY... I rate this by A. Do what they say & say what they do B. Not excessive stock options, or issuing undervalued shares and/or warrants.... 2. What they promised by looking through past reports (Q's+Annuals) 3. What they delivered over as long a time as possible (it might be luck, as long as they are consistently lucky thats OK with me) 4. I am familiar with only a few players, however I've found it pays to follow the successful ones. (they also seem to be lucky :) ) 5. Insider buying Scott
