The following just showed up in my e-mail box. It's a letter from David Travis (Patterson Travis Securities) to Goldy (The Finger). Greg, I hate to impose on you again but here is something for Goldy. His days of lying and being a coward hiding behind a fake name are coming to end. Seems some associate of Goldy's is willing to give up his name and relationship to a brokerage firm and a link to a cub scribe for a few bucks (isn't that a surprise). Arrangements to verify the information and exchange the funds are being set up. Well, now isn't that special. Readers of this line need to remember a few things. Read Goldy's posts and see what all he has said. He claimed there is no such engine, he spoke for Mr. Shelby saying he didn't know what his involvement was (see Shelby Letter), Engine didn't work (see Shelby & Teague letter), he obviously has a few others that are working with him trying to give his lies credibility, and on and on. Let's look at some facts. Goldy could be $1 million dollars richer and all he has to do is prove what he claims is the truth, is in fact the truth. Knowing he is lying keeps Goldy from stepping up and accepting that challenge. His assignment in this is to try and get shareholders to panic and sell. Believe me he is just a pawn on this board. Let's have him prove he is 40,000 short as claimed in his own account. Another lie. Each shareholders needs to make their own decision. As a skilled and very practiced liar he is trying to get people to make that decision based on fear and uncertainty. Lie, don't address questions or support prior statements and lie some more. Bring in a few prearranged assistants to make it look like others agree and you have people reacting on emotion. Now figure this out. A real short seller who is intent on selling more shares doesn't want competition when he is selling. Competition may drive the price lower and the short seller benefits when the price is higher. Why would one want to be selling shares short at say $10 when he could sell at $13 and lose 3 more dollars on the sale? Short sellers don't want competition on the sell side until they are ready to buy. That's when they will cover their short from others selling. A buyer would be more inclines to be telling people to sell so that they could buy back their shares. Ask Goldy who put up the buy of 20,000 shares of AENG at 13 1/8 last week on Instinet. A private service the public doesn't see. It didn't get filled but someone was trying to buy stock there. Could it have been a short seller trying to begin to cover? I would suggest that any of you call the NASD and ask if retail customers can short a nonmarginable BB stock. WMB is right, the answer is no. Do you think reputable firms like Smith Barney and Bear are going to do as Goldy says. That's just a smoke screen to get everyone to think it is being done and panic those into thinking more will follow. Neither my family, myself, or my firm have ever had anything to do with this Travis Ind. as represented on this board. What did one idiot say about that........"I did my homework." If you did then you must be just plain stupid. Well, Goldy is stepping up his posts because they are not working. Selling volume is a lot less than represented because of double prints and suspicious extra trades being posted. However, seems Goldy really wants to keep those retail people informed. Why is that? He already said he didn't care about them. Change of heart Goldy? I have no doubt that Goldy is working for a certain brokerage firm or a set up person for them. It will all get sorted out soon. Goldy, what you might have the "boys" on the trading desk pass by their legal department are these words: market manipulation, libel, conspiracy, and RICO. Be communicating with you all again soon.
