Dr summers It seems to me that you have recently realized that you have no chance winning any pending litigation. I believe Steve Rash is working very hard and has been turning Abmi in to the right direction for the last few years. It may have not happened overnight but Abmi is going to be a great investment. Just because you have a pending litigation does not change my opinion about Abmi.. If you stop and think about it ,Almost every company has pending leagle matters. How about MSFT for one? Do you think that they will be out of business tomorrow? I have to admit that you trying to stir things up on this thread ,Only proves that Steve Rash and other Board members made the right decision to remove you from the company. Just my opinion
