The justice system here has its flaws -- but if I were ever a defendent or plaintiff for that matter, I'd rather be subject to the justice system here than almost any other country. I agree. But that does not mean that we should not voice our opinion, or work for change without the threat of - do i dare say it - a lawsuit (shivers up and down my spine)

TT: It's ok with me if you stay, too. even tho, as we've discussed before, we both suspect the other one is close to 180 degree opposite from each other on political views...... however.... BACK TO OUR REGULAR PROGRAM SCHEDULE ------- SPX came within a tad of my stop at 1091 and bounced so the BBx could still be correct, as well as you......... it seems that there will be some stiff resistance for today at the 1094 to 1094.50 range, but that bridge will be crossed when and if the X gets that high.
