Well Wildstar, you'd probably be a good citizen of Australia from whose books I borrowed the quote. Two points to consider about being a citizen and free expression.. _participation in the electorial process of both ideas and of representatives is poor in the US. We're lucky to get voter turnout of 50% in most cases. Yet voting is the key responsibility of being a citizen. Last.. things haven't changed much from one observer's view in the 1800's.
