NEST is owned by Intelogis

"The company's core technology was invented and developed at Novell by several Intelogis engineers while employed by the "Novell Embedded Systems Technology" (NEST) division of Novell. The NEST division began developing powerline communication technology in 1995.

The Company was incorporated in January 1997 when Novell spun off its NEST power line technology to an investor group and certain Novell NEST employees. The Company has operated as an independent company since that time. Intelogis retained the core inventors and engineers associated with the technology, thereby leveraging more than a decade of network development experience.

Novell retains an ownership interest in the Company and a Novell representative serves on the Company's board of directors.

Another Marengi era decision. I wonder what they own of it. By the way the speed of their network is 350Kb, not exactly a screamer.
