No, I do not know the percent ownership. Both Alcatel and Loral cross-invested in each others projects(Skybridge and C*) to the tune of $30 million each, but I don't know what that equals in percent terms. From Loral's SEC filings, they own 91% of the C* LP at this time. The other partners and their relative ownership is not divulged. I spoke with the Skybridge PR folks--they have no IPO plans at this time. A Financial Times article this weekend had them IPO'ing in 2000---they claim that is untrue. I have also seen an IPO mentioned as early as this fall, but they also deny that. Once again, your best way to play Skybridge is by buying Loral and/or Alcatel.
