You're asking why the stock is sliding down??? Could it be missing earnings estimates??? Along with MM yo-yo playing??? Analysts adjusting their EPS estimates way downwards? It doesn't seem like that much of mystery...

I think most of the "analysis" you speak of is rightfully trying to look through the smoke and fog and identify the core value in TAVA, not just next quarter, but for the next couple years.

Personally, the over-hype on Y2K is growing tiresome, regardless of whether it is warranted. Even if it stops the earth in its tracks, there are practical limitations on how quickly one company can ramp up to service the whole planet's needs in this area. Let's try to focus on what realistic expectations can be set for revenue and profitability growth for this company, and look at *ALL* of the factors that affect this, not just Y2K. TAVA is a solid company with a good future for more reasons than one...

So glad you could help us out!

Dear Waldemar:

On behalf of all the other "educated fools" (as you put it) who hang out on this thread, I want to extend my sincere thanks. First of all, so good of you to get back to us after a three week absence. We have been quite aflutter wondering when you would return and share some of your unique insights with us. Also, thank you for pointing out that TAVA's stock price has been heading downward and that this is an urgent matter. Many of us with large positions completely missed this. I do hope you'll be back in a few weeks time and will criticize us sharply if we aren't up to your standards.

With all best wishes . . . Ivan1
