There is another stock named PRWT which has exactly the same deal as ICVI - one share of PRWT for one share of merging company. PRWT is also at its lowest (same as ICVI at 0.04) and merging with another company with a lot of assets (same as ME), although float is slightly more than ICVI (19.5 millions).
