To all: Been a lurker here several weeks and thought I'd join SI (today) and get in on the fun. I've been around ICVI so long, I feel ancient (which, of course, I am!). Been through their internet mall to gambling ships (which I love) to convenience stores to reverse splits to these last two great weeks. Joe Gort got very tired of me phoning him but he always had the same message...Buy, Buy, Buy...which I DID, DID, DID. Of course, now I'm very GLAD, GLAD, GLAD. Keep it going guys and gals. I'm sure enjoying the ride with you. Will add whatever DD I can come up with whenever it is appropriate. Donster...really LLLLOOOOONNNNNNNNGGGGGGGG on ICVI.

Since the beginning, I don't understand why Montain Energy needed to go to the market with a reverse merger. Why not do an IPO and get some money from it. Why the reverse merger? The only answer I have it's because it's fast. For a reason I don't understand either, I have the feeling that the upcoming news (acquisition news) is related to this. For some reason, they had to be public to have this deal going and they had to do it fast. Any body can help me understand here? After all, I'm still a newbie at investing. P.S.: Of course, this is all speculation from me. Take it for what it is.
