JDR....
Like Mr. Wrong, you too have ABSOLUTELY NO idea of what you speak. Y2k work is only now ramping up in a significant fashion. The market cap isn't phony......you are!! I don't care what the stock does on Friday.....only you and your pals are doing any lying here. The negative net worth, capital deficiency and subsequent losses are real products of the past, on-going operations of the migration business...not even remotely related to the present and future business expectations of the FRX Y2k model. 83 weeks does NOTaccurately represent any window, let alone a "Deathwatch."
You and your postings are pure Fear-Mongering. I have closely examined this company and its business model and remain convinced the best is yet to come. In fact, as we speak, I believe FRX is aggressively turning the corner towards healthy profitability. They are about to see their factory capacity move to 100% in the near future.
Finally, your attempts to breed fear and disinformation are clearly transparent. The holders of this security are far more sophisticated than you and severely unlikely to liquidate their longs anywhere near here.....Get used to it.

JDR . Glad to see you think FRX will survive at least another 83 weeks, didn't you previously say MAY 1. Last quarter not good for most if any Y2Kcompanies.Lots of data available to support my view. VSE has an up tick computer to prevent what you are allegeing from happening. Before you make statements on net worth, I suggest you study accounting principals re: soft ware companies (study blue chips first). As to operating capital, back log of work appears to be sufficent to finance operations. MY observation on closings, is that lately shorts have been buying high and selling low in an attempt to hold stock under $7.30.same houses that are up ticking close are opening the next day low.Same shorts buying high selling low all day at one point bid $7.00 offer $8.00 as they have no stock left to short. Please send me phone # for SEC. Some comments on this thread seem slanderous and malicious with the intent to harm share holder value, and designed to get stock from small investor. I would like to forward said comments to SEC. I am sure by con man you mean one who directs not the other slanderous meaning?

I have been reading this thread for some time, most of the time for amusement. But the more I read of the foolish chatterings, such as proclaiming that the "U" in the symbol indicates a pending bankruptcy and that bankruptcy is imminent by June 15, the more it looked like an opportunity for me to spend $125 for a fishing license to benefit some children. Consequently, I joined the Silicon Investor today.

Now, here's my proposal to all of the David Baines, David Stern, Mr. Forthright, Richard Moore, J.D.R., and any others of like mind:

I propose that we all meet in the offices of the Vancouver Sun, and I will bet $10,000 U.S. cash that Forecross does not take any Chapter of the Bankruptcy Code this year. If none of you has $10,000, then perhaps you can pool your resources to make the amount.

If I win the bet, I will contribute it to a children's charity of my choice; if you win, then you will contribute it to a children's charity of your choice.

Additionally, if you win, you will also have considerable bragging rights, since I come from several venues notable for high risk.

As you might have surmised by now, I am long Forecross, very long.

Unlike some of you with opinions, I am not afraid to use my real name.
