I'm guessing that travelers express offers a lower price because they deal with the small banks. CheckFree may not have even bid on such a small bank. I'm sure NTBK went with CheckFree because many of the of the higher ups, are former CheckFree employee's.

NTBK is staying with CF according to Greg. Their relationship with NCR does not require that they switch from CF to Travelers. Edify's EBS will interface with both EBP's.
