GB, Guess I must have missed the obvious. As I understand the free shares of "P" it is just one of the perks of being a preferred share holder. Except, that you just have a few more shares and it will continue to trade as it is now;allowing the market to determine the share price. I too hold out the hope of NEVER having to be forced to convert a single one of my "P" shares. If I had understood the "P" share deal better when I first started really adding to my holdings I would not have bought a single share of common. Dsuty :o)
