Holodyne as was mentioned is a private company, controlled mostly by computer techies and software developers who provide software and consulting services to some very large, well known companies throughout Canada and the U.S. (Hint: most of which are TSE listed) If US Video is smart, they will leverage up on Holodyne's established client base and have Holodyne implement the VOD technology. As for Steve Sanger the executive VP mentioned in the release, he used to own the 2nd largest data communications company in Australia called NetEffect (check out www.neteffect.com.au And for one more reference point check out Holodyne's other site at www.intracore.com.
