Actually Ariella, my comments were not meant to be directed at you in particular ... yours was the last message in the thread and I was adding my two cents worth ... well, now with TFS down so, my less than two cents worth.

No, not panic. Damned annoyed? yes! At myself - for a. putting so much in this one basket and b. for not acting on my instinct when this stock started to fall below 20. Suspicious? yes? TFS has been slow on the uptake on a number of occasions. One learns that with TFS the tape is way ahead of management in getting info out to the investment community. And with today's action stockholders have to wonder, what is up this time?

In about five days this stock is off about 20% on around 200,000 shares. Someone is moving out for some reason and doing so in a seemingly clumsy panic. Nothing that has been announced would seem to warrant such a move. Yet such a move must have some reason behind it. This will not get other analysts all excited to cover the stock. This will not get a good underwriting when they need more financing. This will not help Mr. B. retire comfortably on his options. The stock already looked cheap relative to prospects at $20.

This kind of stock action does make one wonder whether one is on the wrong elevator.

Good luck with your new investment.
